The American Legion Post #138 and the Veterans of Forgein Wars Post #2497 are non-profit organizations, many volunteers are needed at the Moving Wall display site. The committee determines how volunteers may participate. Volunteers may help during the week of the visit or assist with the months of planning and preparations. Volunteer jobs include helping visitors find names, security, assembly and disassembly, food preparation, parking, cleanup, and countless other tasks.

Volunteers are needed to work with the computers in the Information Center at The Moving Wall. These voluteers will use computers to look up the location of names on the wall for visitors. Volunteers are needed Thursday, June 1st through Sunday, June 4th from 8:00 a.m. to Midnight and Monday, June 5th 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
